We meet at an agreed location and have something to eat, drink and or just talk to start getting to know each other. Then, we could go to a park or such place, take a walk and continue to become familiar with one another. Then, from there we could decide what to do. To continue being friendly and see what happens. Or, we can just say goodbye and let things go.
