I am a history fanatic and am always trying to learn as much as I possibly can about all types of history no matter the time period or what type the history...I especially love to learn about Florida's history.
I am fascinated about the paranormal and am open to learning more about it BUT that doesn't mean that I am into witchcraft or black magic as I am a Christian man and do not care to participate or learn about either. I am also fascinated by UFO'S as well as all of the things in the heavens and would like to learn more about them.
I love to sit on a beach on a clear night gazing into the heavens as I am absolutely fascinated by everything that is so gloriously displayed for us to see and marvel over those great mysterious stars and planets.
I am into pretty much anything to do with the outdoors from sitting on a sunny street side bench people watching as those people go scurrying about their busy lives unaware of their surroundings , to walking on the beach , sitting watching gorgeous sunsets or better yet fabulous sunrises , going fishing , boating , shelling , walking , swimming , camping , going to flea markets , yard sales , kayaking , grilling out with family and friends , watching fireworks , going to car shows or riding motorcycles with the wind blowing in your hair and experiencing the thrill of the freedom that it brings.
Watching movies with that special someone who is curled up on the couch besides me is one of my very favorite things to do.
Spur of the moment, road trips to nowhere in particular are extremely relaxing as well as very fun and educational .
I love to seek out those out of the way hole in the wall eateries that tend to have the most wonderful food served up with a great big helping of Americana.
I love traveling those back roads of the State or the US visiting any of those quaint little towns where America got its start. I like to visit state parks, museums, historic sites, or gorgeous beaches, taking in all the wondrous views.
I like to plunder in any junk store, Army/Navy surplus store, flea markets or second hand stores and especially an old hardware store to see what kind of treasured special moments that I can get out of the day.
Life is a treasure and should be treasured each and every waking moment.
I try and embrace lifes smallest gifts from watching the tiniest of the butterflies to the largest of birds such as the mighty Eagle and the larger gifts of our world such as the greatest of our oceans and our purple mountains majesty.
Our world is so full of the most wonderful treasures that you could ever imagine, BUT you as an individual must take the time out of your busy day to stop, bend , look, and smell the roses.
Everything is way better if shared with that special someone.
