Retired from the phone company a year ago and moved from New York City to rural Virginia. Also had to end a relationship that turned toxic. I'm feeling a bit out of place here in the country. I still have to get used to this new life (stink bugs, poison ivy, etc.). Looking to re-group, make new friends and hopefully more.I used to be this really cool, good looking, long haired rock drummer who's life revolved around girls, drugs and booze. I grew out of all that and now, I'm kind of a nerd. I don't lie, cheat, steal, smoke, gamble, do drugs or drink alcohol. I'm not into sports at all. I'm a sapiophile that enjoys intelligent conversation. I can be fun and funny when I'm in the right mood. Lately I've been rather stoic. I enjoy writing music, playing drums, drawing / sketching, digital media, video editing, photography, etc. I have a high mechanical aptitude and like to build and fix things. I've been through a lot but I'm still in one piece. I know it will be difficult to find someone compatible to ride out these crazy times with, but I remain hopeful. If you are more that slightly overweight, a thrill seeker, into Pegan witchcraft, extreme body modification, large bald men with beards that ride motorcycles, an extreme liberal, etc... then you don't want to bother with me. If you crave happiness, comfort, peace, tranquility, romance, respect, integrity, balance and mature fun, etc... then I want to hear from you.
